SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

  • All items offered as $5 flat rate Shipping are subject to change.

  • Gift Cards do not count towards the Free Shipping Minimum.

  • Free Shipping only applies to the lower 48 states.

  • Please refer to the Return Policy if you are returning an item that originally included free shipping.

  • Shipping Fees applied to addresses outside of the contiguous 48 states will NOT be refunded, credited, or waived for product Orders, Returns, Exchanges, or Warranty applications.

P.O. Boxes

  •  Please note: we do not ship to a P.O. Box

UPS SurePost

  • $5.00 fixed price shipping

  • Package must weigh less than 5lbs

  • No restricted product such as ammunition or magazines can ship via SurePost

  • Transit time is generally one-day longer than UPS Ground

Next day and 2nd day air shipping

  • Next day and 2nd day air applies to business days only.

  • In order for your product to be shipped the day it is purchased an order must be received by 3 pm central time.

  • Weekends and holidays are not workdays, and do not count toward days in transit.

Tracking information

  • Your UPS tracking number(s) will be posted to your account as soon as your package is loaded onto a UPS trailer at our warehouse.

  • UPS trailers typically arrive at the UPS depot by 7pm CST, Monday - Friday.

  • Once your package is scanned at the UPS depot, you will receive an automated email from UPS.  The email will confirm your tracking number(s), and provide access to track your packages via UPS.com.

​​RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY​

Please be attention that any items purchased on the ReKoileOutdoors.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom Orders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging. We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number. 

To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@RekoileOutdoors.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address. 

If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

IF A PURCHASE WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please send us an email at cs@ReKoileOutdoors.com.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICIES

ReKoile Outdoors will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect, ReKoile Outdoors will provide repair or replace the defective without charge or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.

The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed,  used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit, and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. ReKoile Outdoors does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. The Limited Warranty does not apply if determines that the products have been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, act of God, fire or other hazard, or improper shipping or handling, or has been tampered with by any party.
